DAY 1

Hello ! This is the students'account of our first day : "Since 4 am some people were quite excited and some still asleep. During the morning the trip was rather long and boring!And by the time we reached Calais it was really hot in the coach because the air conditionning wasn't working!

Once our identity papers were checked we went in the shuttle!

Then, we arrived at Canterbury and visited the cathedral : quite a huge church indeed. It was crowded with French people!! The access was a bit confusing.

Later we finally ate our lunch and had some free time to go shopping! Then we went back to the coach and the air conditionning was working so the air was cooler because it was really warn and sunny in England : can you believe it? On the way to Brighton we went through some villages, Hastings, Rye with Georgian houses and we saw some typical landscapes with sheeps and cows. Lastly we stopped at the Seven Sisters, near Beachy Head,and we put our feet in the sea!!"
